false advertising

free tires for life was a scam. I proceeded by their aligned requirement yet when tire malgfunctuned growing bubble on side of tire I was DENIED replacement being told garuntee did not cover side, only tred. but By what I read it covers TIRE without any description as to where. * I demand refund of $92.oo. They don`t need my business either....

Last Year we bought a 2010 Traverse from John Holt (we wanted to do business where we live). "Triple B" talked fast and made lots of Promises. We bought the car, were NOT given the price they quoted as they buried in "the way they had to do things". The DVD player they instaled for my three kids still does NOT work correctly.
