The high rating is definitely not earned. That`s why I rated them so low. If there were other places to take a BMW I`m sure people would go there. Overcharging. rude. slow. and they take forever to get anything done. Maybe one nice person in the whole building. I bet they`ve already quit by the time I finished writing this. I won`t own another BMW just because this is about the only place to take it. PASS

The experience was great, I have looked at several cars over the last few months at Jackie Cooper, and Mike always helped me. He would follow up with me on new cars that came in to see if they would fit my needs. His follow up is excellent, without being pushy. Mike Myrick works very hard for this dealership, and his customer service is excellent. He is a great salesman!
