I had a great experience with this bodyshop. When my window regulator broke with the window down, they were able to get my car in and have it done the same day. I was very thankful for that because this happened the day before a cold front came in. Very friendly, knowledgable and accomodating shop. If I ever need a bodyshop in the future, Ultimate Collision is where I will go! Thank you Ultimate Collision!!!

Poor customer service, poor scheduling, poor quality of work

I used them twice, the first was 4 years ago with no problems and the last time I used them was after the hail storm in 2010. I will never use them or allow anyone I know to use them without being informed. I scheduled our repair 2 weeks prior so they could order parts... dropped my car off they had not ordered the parts but they did not tell me until I called several days later to check on the progress. At that po... view moreint they told me they would not have the parts in for several weeks, I asked them to fix the windshield so it was drivable and I could use my car instead of a rental. A week later and several phone calls later I got my car back. When I picked it up I explained my complaints and they offered to discount the repairs to make amends for their poor scheduling. Later that week I realized the windshield leaked. I had the car for a couple of weeks before they had all the parts when I took the car back for all the repairs and the leak... they made the repairs but took three times as long as they had estimated and my windshield still leaked. Took it back again... they claimed to have used a power washer and were unable to find a leak and told that if it happened again to call and I could take it to the company they use to repair windshields, great customer service. On the way home I found the elusive water that they were unable to find. Their customer service is horrible and their quality of work is terrible.
