What a jackass the sales manager is. We were prepared to purchase two cars from them, but the sales manager treated us like animals. Talked to us like we were stupid. Accused us of lying about other places we have looked and what we could get a car for. I would never recommend this place for buying a car.

worst car buying experence

Over the years, I probably bought over a few dozen car/ trucks/motorcycles. I`m new to the area and didn`t know of other dealerships.

I went to Dutro to buy a car. They didn`t have the car I wanted so they were going to do a dealer locater and go and pick it up. No big deal, I thought. I tried to negoatiate a price, thay would not budge of sticker. I put $5000 down and they were going to have it to me in... view more 2 days.

Well, 2 days turned into 4 days, 7 days, 10 days and then finally was told that they would be able to get it in 3 weeks. At no point were they calling me to update me. I had to call everytime to question their deadline. After my second call, after being told that the car wasn`t going to be there, the saleman, quit taking my calls. I never heard from the sales manager once and never was able to meet him. He was always ""out on the lot"". I left the sales manager several messages and nothing. The only person in contact with me at this point was the lady working in finance.

After being told three weeks, I looked on the internet and found Parkway Nissian. I can honestly say, that was the easiest car buying experence. They were $4987.23 cheaper than Dutro on invoice. Plus they gave me $800.00 more on my trade in.

The staff at Parkway made me feel like family. Again, I`ve bought a few dozen car/trucks/motorcycles and this was by far, the best purchasing experence of all time.

My wife and I were treated great. I had never owned a Nissian. I love it. Dutro is a little closer to my house, but I will never step foot into their building for anything especially service or parts.
