Requested that the flats on my tires were fixed along with oil change. the technician "felt around for nails" instead of submerging the tire in water to determine the source of the leak. Result: tires flat again in 3 days. THEN I get a call asking how my service was; the technician talked over me as I said I was unhappy stating how he was glad I was satisfied and "you were happy with the service" ... view morelike he was forcing my reply and then said thank you for calling and hung up on me. I had to pay another $40 to get my flats fixed on top of what I paid them So...POOR SERVICE & RUDE EMPLOYEES

Great service, professional staff, I trust emerald with all our cars they only do what we need.
