I didn`t even get past the pho...

I didn`t even get past the phone call with this place. A very rude and conceited old man answered the phone and barely game me any information at all. It was very apparent that they did not want my business. When I asked for a quote the man refused to even give me a ball park, and then made a snarky comment to end the conversation. Customer service is everything nowadays and Lucas Auto Center fails to understand this... view more. It amazes me that this place has been around so long.
