We took our car in to have alternator and battery checked. Harold indicated we had a bad battery. We asked to have the battery replaced and an oil change. We were charged $243. When we went to start the car the low battery light was still on!! Problem NOT solved. Harold refused to refund our money. Bad service, bad customer service. Likely sold us a battery we didn`t need---it`s likely the alternator as we originally... view more thought. Now we`ll be out that money, too - but NOT having the work done at A&H!!!!!!!!!! Beware!!!!
