I have been to NBT 2 times in ...

I have been to NBT 2 times in the last year - both short notice because I got a screw stuck in my tire (same type of screw and same tire!) Both times they were more than accommodating with getting me in an out fast. Joe (the manager) was super friendly, funny, and kept me updated on the process. I wasn`t aware that they also did oil changes - but now that I do - I think I may start going there for oil changes, as wel... view morel as, my unplanned innocents of flat tires =] I would highly recommend going to them for all car needs.

Poor customer service

No matter when you call or go in to any of the Columbus area NTB, they are always booked. If you stay and wait, they tell you 3 or 4 hours. I spent almost a $1000 on tires there and would never ever buy from there again. Sure, they offer free balancing and rotation, but it does you no good if you can`t ever get in.
