Like your Doctor...your Auto Specialist has to be a person you trust...This is a place where you can feel safe and looked after. My Mother is 71 living on SS and still drives very well... Her car is her freedom....she is 4`11 and drives a 1986 Dodge...Garage kept. It is a very old driven car...for 5 Years these loving people have taken very good care of my mother. She has always called me to tell me what she has h... view moread done and its cost...I have never once thought they were over priced...Most times I wish I lived closer...They have kept record of her car and the warranties for those parts. Today she took it in because a tie rod had failed that she had done there. She didn`t know what was wrong. They told her what was wrong and that it was still under warranty ...Cost to her was $35.00 for labor...How fair is that???? I had an appointment with my Mother today at noon...I couldn`t make it but she wasn`t home when I called...I remember her taking her car in for the tie rod... I came to this site and searched Barberton Oh Auto Repair. Called and asked if my Mother was there...They said , No but her car was,,lol... I asked if they would give her a message..Gladly and with true Professional attitude they said ...Sure glad too.
