Horrible Customer Service Skills

DON""T BUY FROM THIS ""DEALER!!!!!!!!"" I found a car on Autotrader and sent them an offer. Their response to my offer was ""Okay, When can you come to buy it?"" I called them on their toll free number (1-888-625-9405) and spoke with a gentlemen (I unfortunately didn`t get chance to catch his name). I was only asking to get more information on the vehicle when he stated ""That is Ridiculous"" and hung up on me ... view morelike a coward. I called back hoping to speak to the Manager/Owner and they wouldn`t answer my phone call. I am writing this review to warn future customers about my bad experience with this dealership`s customer service skills. Hopefully your experience will be better than mine was.
