Terrible!!!! Our 1 year old Ford Edge broke down so we called Roadside assistance, They contacted L and M Towing to pick up our car. 30 minutes into our wait with our 3 year old we got notice the shop it was going to couldnt get us a rental so we had to change the destination, it was in Avon Lake in stead of Elyria, they cancelled stating it was saturday they didnt want to come out and if we didnt like it go smewhere... view more else! Wow so much for 24 hour towing and they were contracted by Ford and we were approved by them to go to Avon Lake!! They were very rude on the phone!! With this economy they should have been happy to be working!! Rude and unprofessional people!! i will be telling everyone I know
