I can`t help you !!

Called to see if they had a window part for the car i was working on ,didn`t even let me get the words`` for a Grand Prix `` out of my mouth and said i cant help you. then hung up. I don`t need you but you need me, i will not call or give your name out to anyone !!!

Awesome

They were so nice. I had no idea what I was talking about and they talked it through with me till i understood. They helped me out of a big bind and saved me from having to buy a totally new car! I can`t say enough good things about them!

Horrible Customer Service

I had to call 3 times just to get an answer, they even hung up when I was in mid-sentence, and when I called back they didnt even apologize. I have called places all day, and this is the WORST place ive dealt with in my entire 34 year life.
