Very pushy, sales associate tried up selling oil/ products to me that they claimed were recommended by my cars manufacture. After debating with this gentleman for a few minutes, I called my dealership and confirmed what I already knew. Also this place is overpriced. I will never go back

Great Service every visit

I hae experienced excellent service for nearly a dozen visits to the Canal Winchester location. All the staff are friendly and courteous. Kudos to the management team. Micah is super, always lets me know how long the service may take enabling me to meet my Grandma Mobile duties. Thanks guys for your great service, very rare these days.

AVOID IF POSSIBLE

I USED THIS BUSINESS FOR A TRANSMISSION FLUSH AND LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON THE HARD WAY!! THEY USED THE WRONG FLUID AND NOW MY TRANSMISSION HAS INTERNAL DAMAGE THAT CAN`T BE FIXED, IT HAS TO BE REPLACED. IS VALVOLINE GOING TO REPLACE IT? WHO KNOWS!!! THE CAR HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP FOR 16 DAYS NOW WAITING FOR VALVOLINE.
