Friendly & Efficient Service

I have been taking my cars to J & A for quite a while now and every time I go there I get quality work a cost efficient price. They never try to sell me anything but the best parts and the mechanics that work there really know what they`re doing.

No charge when it couldn`t be fixed

My conversion van with 130,000 miles on it wouldn`t start from time to time. After two days of trying to get it to occur again, J&A concluded that it was a fuel pump. Ford isn`t offering a replacement part now. Apparently this is happening a lot and Ford is redesigning the part. I didn`t want a knock-off replacement for something that goes inside the fuel tank and costs $700 to replace. J&A`s charge? No... view morething. I`ve been to this shop several times and have always been very satisfied. Once, I took Mercedes in, then took it to an authorized shop that specializes in Mercedes and they confirmed every thing that J&A diagnosed. Nothing extra, nothing missed.

Excellent Service

Excellent shop, would recommend to anyone. Very easily accessible to residents of Pickerington, with very reliable mechanics.
