Charge for work not done

Charged my insurance company prior to completion of repairs. Ordered replacement parts, then paint old part, then return part that were to be used on my vehicle. Brandon will lie straight to your face with a smile. I would never get even an estimate from this company. The supervisor treats us employees very bad. That`s why I quit and repairs are not properly done.
