This Shop Does Not deserve Any Business

I took my car to have damage appraised in InTown since it is designated by my insurance. A guy named Gary Church did my appraisal while bragging how his appraisal is different from others. He was very warm since he tried to allure me to have my call fixed in the shop. I wished that I never did. A couple weeks after I got my vehicle back, I found out that my right front lock was loose. I was not able to connect this w... view moreith the body work done since those body work was back bumper and back door. I brought it to my mechanics. He asked if this lock was reworked. I said no and told him that only back door was worked on. Make a long story short. He ordered part. When he started to work on it, he realized that this lock had been touched since a part was into a hole of the door panel. He thought that the lock must be taken out during the body work to match the paint sort and was not put back correctly. Then I released that the body shop messed up my car. When I went back to InTown, the same Gary turns into a black face this time. He argued why I did not bring the car first to the shop. Well if I had known that his shop messed my car. He was rude enough and ridiculous enough to even claim that it is very common that the lock can be messed up during the body work. The shop refused to do anything at all. After more than $4500, the shop thinks it is ok to mess up other stuff without any apology and compensation. I do not think that it deserves any business at all. Go to other body shop if ever possible. This kind of experience once is enough.
