REALLY BAD SERVICE
We are from out of town, and on Saturday afternoon, our truck had a hose fall off. We turned into the Firestone COMPLETE SERVICE. The man who waitied on us was an old grump, who didn`t want to be there or help us out. All he wanted to do is argue and send us somewhere else. We would have paid $100 just to get the help we needed. It wouldn`t have taken 10 minutes to put a hose back on.
