Over Priced! Dealer is CHEAPER!

First off, was charged $400+ for "diagnostic work"...so when I called Coughlin Chevy (Workhorse service center) in Pataskala, they quoted 1/2 the parts price and 1/2 the labor price! I fully understand "makin a buck"...but really?!? This was my second (and LAST) visit to fosters...they lost a good customer and even better referral... But Dave could care less....
