Great Customer Service

I was very happy with Gary Rains customer service. I was running very late to my appointment, and when I arrived there, I met the owner Gary who gave me a hard time for being late, but he was joking. We laughed about me being late, and they called the rental car company to tell them I was there. One of the employees that was there, we started talking about our son`s and how mine had kept me up all night, and his w... view moreas brand new, about 7 weeks old. He offered me coffee, and was very nice.

He told me that my car should be done on Monday that it shouldn`t take to long to fix.

They are very nice, and very easy to work with. My parents had taken thier car there also and had a very good and plesent experiance there also.

Terrible Customer Service

I was extremely disappointed in the customer service provided by Gary Raines. When my car was severely wrecked in a rear end accident we took it to Gary Raines. On our initial visit, the paper work took very long and they were not friendly. The estimated time for repair was about one week. After not being contacted after 10 days, I called to check on the vehicle and was curtly told it was not ready. After two weeks ... view moreand still no phone call, my husband called and he was actually yelled at by Gary Raines (employee) and hung up on!! Later, the employee did call back and apologize. Upon finally picking up my vehicle 2 1/2 weeks later, we were very coldly handed the keys without even a thank you! I would never recommend this place, purely for the reason of total lack of customer service (even though the repair job was fine ). Gary Raines Employees need a class in customer service!
