The Best Carwash in Cleveland

The Best Car Wash in Cleveland. They do a great job on everything. Car is "shiny" not to mention clean. Rims, wheels, etc. are good. Even my mechanic commented my underbody was really clean. I always get the "Works". It`s worth it! People are great. Their detailing service is also excellent.

Go somewhere else!

With a car wash at every gas station and every few blocks there`s no point in going to this one. 2/3 self-service machines did not properly work. The first vacuum I used worked fine, but when I saw the shampoo machine I though I should get some stains out. With that machine, both the spot remover and shampoo didn`t work. When I asked for help, the manager/attendant (?) (some older guy with a very red face) was r... view moreude and put-off like it was my fault his machines didn`t work. Then I used the self-wash car wash. I could wash my car but I couldn`t rinse it! The pre-wash, rinse and spot-free wouldn`t work. After feeding it with more quarters trying to get it to work I had to see my friend the attendant again. He got the machine to work but he was rude, unapologetic and a smart-a**.

The place seems nice and new from the street but with dysfunctional equipment and rude ownership I think it`s worth your time to go anywhere else. Not-to-mention their full-service wash is way over-priced. $9 for their cheapest wash without an under-body wash? The best wash at the over-priced BP across the street is only $9!? Keep in mind, they`re just spraying soapy water on your car and it`s going to be dirty in a few days anyhow...
