Owner beware (be cautious)

This Firestone can do good work based on my personal experience. However, beware of inconsistencies in their workmanship. Even though I`ve had several excellent experiences, I`ve an oil filter improperly mounted and leaked oil, car was not fixed on time.

Avoid the place. Left the car ...

Avoid the place. Left the car for Oil change + alignment on saturday. they had NOT touched my car till 3:45 pm on Sunday and wanted me to wait one more hour. Close at 5 pm on sundays. claim that when you drop off the car, the people who come behind you and wait at the store actually get ahead of you in line. Randy, was unappologetic and actually hung up on me, when I asked WTF is the matter as above. I will NEVER go... view more to any Firestone Store again. I was going to spend about $200.00 on Oil change+ life time balance and alignment and they lost it all.
