I got cheated- don`t trust him

I was told that I needed Rotors and brakes for my car. He recommended that I buy the parts myself bring them in whenever I was ready for him to do the work. I brought in brake pads and a set of rotors, when I picked up my car he said my brake pads weren`t too bad and that the noise was my calibers which needed lubricated. On the reciept is was noted that I brought in the parts but that he only put the brake pads on a... view morend not the Rotors. I called shortly after leaving the shop Assuming that he put the rotors in the trunk so I could return them. Nope, he claims that even though I barely needed brake pads..that he replaced both my brake pads and rotors even though I didn`t need them. He never supplied me with the parts he removed from my car or the new parts. I have been cheated and I would never trust that shop to do anything on any vehicle again.
