I have been going to Lorain Auto Service since I was 16, I`ve taken every car that I have ever owned to them and have never had any problems, they are quick & they are fair. I recommend them to every one I know they even sent me help to get my car off the road once.

DENTED INSTEAD OF REPAIRED CAR

Lorain Auto Put a huge dent in the hood of my car and when I brought it to their attention they said that the dent was there. I brought my car in for repair and instead of repairing it they put a big dent right on the drivers side hood. The owner said it was there and he wasn`t going to even look at it let alone repair it. I have never been treated like this They took a genuine complaint and turned it personal called me names and said I was a liar. DON`T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!!!!!
