Great used cars and service
I bought my vehicle there about a month ago and had a great experience. They have a new staff as well as new service advisers. Never had a problem and would recomend them to my friends and family!!

Stay away from here!!!!!!!!!
Now called Great Northern Auto Mall this is the classic "used car" dealership.you see on TV. That is to say untrustworthy and underhanded. My daughter purchased a car from there and she is so sorry that she did!! Once she got it home little things started breaking. When she took it back in she was told by one of the rudest men that I have ever met that these things weren`t covered, only tires and the eng... view moreine. I have been in the customer service business for over 20 years and shocked to see how little reguard that this "service manager" had for customers. He was angry, rude, profane and in general simply a foul person. So foul infact that some of the people that work with him told us that he should not be allowed to talk to the customers. This is the kinda guy that you should stay away from when buying a car. As a matter of fact, unless you like problems buying a car and you are fond of dealing with angry, obscene service managers stay away from a dealership that on their website claims that "customer service is our most imporant goal". DON`T BELIEVE IT!!!!!!!

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM GREAT NORTHERN AUTO MALL!!
I bought a car about a month and a half ago from here. When I first went in, It was because they had the car I was searching for. I noticed there was a few things wrong with the car that were cosmetic & pointed them out. Half of them they were going to ""look at"" and the other half they wouldnt even think about. I agreed to the 2 large things that they werent going to fix which was moisture in the front head light &... view more no scratch guard on the bottom of the car. I did ask them to check the brakes, a noise that i heard when i started the car, check for if the sunroof leaked because air came in when you went fast and also one of the heat/ac dial lights were out, I wanted them to check to make sure there was no short. So in the process of getting this car they were constantly calling & taking my calls. I get there to pick up the car & fanalize everything, the salesman blew me off everytime I bring up the short, the manager, Joe Burger, pretty much puts me down for wanting them to check the sunroof & the brakes. I should have known there but I needed a car immediatly. I also told them i needed a spare key & remote for the car & they only gave me a key. One more thing that i just let slide. After taking the car home, I go over the paperwork & it states that I have a 2 door but I actually have a 4 door. I call up there 3 times & left a message for the guy in charge of the financial department to call me back but to this day, he hasnt! Their sale is done so they are done with me!
As Ive had the car for a few days, small things pop up. The dash vent on the drivers side was set up to look like it was fine but when i touched it to close it, the vent fell into the dash of the car. I pulled the visor down & the mirror flap is broken in half & the light doesnt work, I couldnt figure my cd player out & I did not get a manual to figure it out, the short was never looked at & to top that off, when i set a drink in the cup holder, the lights in the center go out. I called up to tell them that this is unacceptable, that had they told me there were so many small things wrong with the car, that i wouldnt have gotten it because they all add up. The manager, Joe Burger, is nothing but rude and he talks down to you. He treated my boyfriend, step dad & I like we were stupid kids that had no clue about anything. After constant arguing about these things, he agreed to fix the vent & the visor. He said he would look at the short in the heat/ac kdial but who knows if they ever did that. I dont think so because their stories never match up when i talk to the other people in the back. So they tell me they are going to order the parts. 2 weeks go buy & nobody calls to tell me they got the parts so I call to check. They said they didnt have the one part, they ordered it. 2 days later, they called saying they had the parts. Hmm, did they ever order it? So in the mean time, as Im waiting for this call about getting the parts in, my car starts acting funny. When I start the car, the car gets stuck between off & getting started. It starts shaking and jerking. It wont turn over. This has happened every once in a while since Ive gotten the car but as the days pass, it happens more frequently. I believe it is the starter so I told them that i want them to check the starter. The only good person that works there is a young kid named Alex. He said that it sounds like the starter. So I fanillay drop my car off for them to replace the 2 parts, I ask them to look at the shorts in the console & the starter. The horrible joke they have working as a manager says thats not covered under warranty and gives

WORST SERVICE EVER
I`m an avid car buyer and go through many cars, i constantly upgrade or change due to boredom. I used to know the old manager when this was great northern dodge, so i figured i would check this place out since the change over. this place was absolutely horrible. The used car manager i think his name was Joe was a complete rude unprofession and ununderstanding man. i was willing to spend good money there but due to hi... view mores demeanor and attitude i will not return or recommend this place for any reason. BAD PLACE BAD SERVICE BAD MANGMT.
