We have purchased numerous Mercedes vehicles over the years from different dealerships and Crown Eurocars is by far the best dealership we have dealt with. Stephen Revard does what he has to do to make the sale and also have a happy customer. Stehen Revard is very professional and knowledgable about the product line and a pleasure to work with. We purchased 2 new Mercedes from him within the past year.

I bought a Mercedes within the last year and have had nothing but outstanding service at Crown. Anytime I have questions or concerns I call or e-mail Luke Bates and he always does an amazing job of getting back to me as soon as possible. I have never had an experience like the one I have every time I walk into Crown even when I am just going to get my car washed. Kevin Riemenschneider was extremely helpful and great to work with. He got me in for a service quote the day that I called him and ordered the part that I needed. He called me when the part came in a few days later and got me in for same day service again. I will continue to have my 2012 Mercedes ML350 serviced there.

I wish there was an option to give a no star rating... I purchased a 2007 E350 Diesel from Crown Eurocars in July; after owning the vehicle for only 4 months, the turbo charger experienced a ?ˆ?catastrophic event?ˆ? and the dealership is refusing to accept responsibility for the repairs. I had an independent authorized Mercedes dealership in Michigan, that has no vested interest in the situation, evaluate the vehic... view morele, it was determined by their mechanic, who has been with Mercedes for 20 years, that the vehicle I purchased from Crown Eurocars had: ?ˆ? The oil changed ONCE prior to my purchasing it ?ˆ? No oil in the engine ?ˆ? No ?ˆ?low oil level?ˆ? warning lights illuminated ?ˆ? The Service B indicator had been fraudulently reset 45 miles prior to the mileage on the odometer when purchased ?ˆ? The oil filter was covered in sludge (see photo) ?ˆ? The condition of the vehicle upon assessment could not have occurred strictly during the past 4 months /9,000 miles of ownership The dealership asked me to be fair in my assessment of their dealership and make sure I mention that the vehicle had been driven approximately 9,000 since I purchased it and that I declined to purchase the extended service contract; true statements. However, according to the assessment performed by the independent dealer, had the vehicle been properly inspected (even if the oil dip stick been pulled) prior to turning it over for resale, there would have been an indication of serious problems. Additionally, as stated above, the condition of the vehicle could not have occurred strictly during the past 4-months/9,000 miles of ownership. Crown Eurocars will also argue that their service department has nothing to gain by not performing appropriate inspections, as the used car division of the dealership is ?ˆ?their best customer?ˆ?; while that might be true, their used car division has a lot to gain by not making necessary check and/or repairs (i.e. PROFIT). Very disappointing; you`d think that a supposedly reputable dealership would do right its customers.
