Do not trust your vehicles to these people

If you`re looking for a place to have your vehicle serviced that you can trust, just keep looking. Having been to two Jiffy Lube`s in different cities (different ownership) I was appalled at the constant hounding to upsell me on every little thing. This specific Jiffy Lube did a standard oil change for me and tried to get me to buy ~$100 worth of needless maintenance in the process. Once I left the place I noticed an oil leak coming from my car on my driveway (I had a completely clean driveway before that). I took it back hoping to take advantage of the ""Signature Service Guarantee"" and the stores General Manager told me it wasn`t their problem and that the leak was there before I brought it in. If I trusted these guys with my vehicles I would actually go there every time I needed an oil change but they have done nothing to earn it. Avoid this place at all costs.

PRETTY GOOD LUBE JOB

They do a good job, but can get a bit snide with their recommendations. They are good about sending reminder cards in the mail and charge competitively within the area. There is a small environmental fee for being in Multnomah county, but it isn`t too much. I would recommend this place if you don`t have time to change your oil or don`t have a place to change it.
