Above and Beyond...
I was travelling to Newport from Central Oregon, and had some equipment malfunction on my pick-up. I called and explained my situation, telling him I was in dire need of his services. Even though he said he was very busy, he made time to look at my vehicle and fix the problem. He saved my vacation.
