We are conveniently located off of Lancaster and work with many local towing companies so that you know your car is in good hands from start to finish. The shop is owned by Scott and Jennifer Thomas. They have lived in the Salem area and know what it takes to make their customers happy. Most of their business is from repeat and referrals. Both Scott and Jennifer are mechanics and Scott is an ASE Certified Master Technician who takes pride in giving his customers the correct quote and correct solution the first time. It is very important to them that you know exactly what is wrong and the exact cost to fix it. If it doesn`t need to be fixed they won`t try to convince you it does.

Excellent Service & Price

These guys are great. Excellent service at a great price. They got me the fender & headlight I needed & I was lucky enough to get one in the same color as my vehicle. When I was at Auto Adventure I also found an almost new set of tires at a fraction on the cost of new. Great selection, Great service & Excellent prices. I will do business with the company again.

couldn`t believe it was used

Talked with Brian, I needed a Toyota 4runner seat, the dealership wanted an arm and a leg. I got a seat that looked as good as new for a quarter of the price. The service was excellent, so when I picked up the seat it was in almost perfect condition. I also was able to pick up a tail light for my wives subaru

Avoid at all costs

I purchased a light for my sister. She was told over the phone it would have a dent, and would be $45. When I arrived, we were told it would be $75. I purchased it anyhow and was told if I had a problem, to just bring the light back. When I gave it to my sister, she knew immediately it was the wrong light. It also had a hole in it. Upon returning it, we were told that they would not take it because it was not i... view moren good condition. IT WAS THE EXACT CONDITION THEY SOLD IT IN! My husband argued with them for half an hour while the salesperson essentially accused my husband of making the whole thing up. He was offered 20 dollars, then eventually 40. Terrible customer service. We took them at their word that they would accept returns, and were treated like crap when we took it back. Shame on them! Do not go.

What a great part, and service

These guys are great, not only did you they have my part, but it was clean and seemed almost new, they had a great warranty too. I would highly recommend them, if you are looking for a high quality used part.
