Amazing, Honest, and Reliable!
Run! Don`t walk to this FANTASTIC car repair facility. Last year, the clutch went out in our Volvo, and needed to be towed to a repair shop. After calling multiple shops including the one that our family has used for years to repair Volvo`s where we were treating rudely, and both Volvo dealerships only to be given several different quotes and the run-around, we finally reached Clarke`s European.
I spoke first... view more with Ron, who gave me a reasonable quote which was nearly identical to one Volvo dealership I called but was more than an hour and half away. Considering that I would shave 45 minutes off my drive (and money off the tow) we called the tow company and had it towed to Clarke`s European.
From the first time we spoke with the representatives at Clarke`s we knew we were in good hands. They were ALWAYS friendly. They called us back when they said they would. They were always available to answer questions, and coming from a women, no question was ""stupid"" or ""silly.""
To say that our car gave them so trouble, would be an understatement. However, Jason and the tech Jason remained on top of the repairs and always kept us updated. They stuck to their original estimate, despite the problems, and let us know before doing repairs if they needed to replace additional parts and how much. It turned out we need to replace the flywheel, and a couple other parts that were normal wear and tear items. Even better, Jason found them for us for very reasonable prices.
Jason was always very honest with us when talking about our repairs and we felt very comfortable at their shop. They always said the same things to me, the wife, as they said to my husband. When we got our car back after it was repaired, it ran beautifully.
We couldn`t have asked for a better experience with a car repair shop. I would go as far as saying that our experience here has been the opposite of any stereo-type car repair facilities have. We trust our car with this shop- and this shop only, for the rest of our car`s life!
