On my way south to San Francisco for the holidays, my car battery died somewhere in the snowy mountains in southern Oregon. A 20-year old female, I was tired, panicky and freezing cold. To top that off, I had no idea where I was. I called Caveman Towing who not only had to deal with finding me based on the very little information I had regarding my location, but also had to deal with me calling multiple times.
