Bought a remote car starter here for my truck and wife`s jeep. about 1000 bucks spent, owner said it was a life time warrenty, if I ever have a problem just come back and they will take care of it. Well had a problem and came back, owner said the person that installs them doesn`t work there anymore and the best he could do was tell me where the person works now and maybe I can track him down and talk to him.
