warranty denied

my wife backed out of the driveway when she realized her tire was flat. she pulled back in and aired up the tire and drove it to carpenter auto where the tires were purchased and still under warranty. The lady said the tire had been driven on while flat and they will not honor the warranty. My wife questioned the blonde lady behind the counter and was treated so badly she left crying. My attempt to question her was ... view moremet with the same sarcasm. Les Schwab inspected the tire and put in writing that the tire had not been driven on while flat. We are now dealing with the head office over this nightmare. I will never go back. I`m sorry Les Schwab for trying to save a buck. Sometimes you don`t even get what you pay for.
