After a 5 hour drive to Bend on a Friday, Memorial Day Weekend, I found I had a crack in my radiator. A call to Dale at 5:30 p.m. found him ready to hit the road with his family for a long weekend. But not before he had ordered a new radiator and instructed me to call on Monday (Memorial Day!) to schedule a time to replace it. Dale was very jolly and courteous and had me on the road back home at 4:45 p.m. at a pri... view morece that was MORE than fair. What could have turned out to be a nightmare of a visit with friends and missed time at work turned out to be an awesome experience. Thank God for Dale`s excellent service and kindness!
