Liars!!

They false advertise such as when the window description says the vehicle has a certain package and it doesn`t. Or it says it has a premium sound system when it clearly does not. Ok now lets discuss how unorganized the paperwork was. I had to go up on three different occasions to provide different documents to them. Then when they said they would fix a noise that the vehicle was making it took me 3 different time... view mores driving up there for them to even look at it. After they "fixed" it, it still squeaked here and there and now it has another noise. Plus after three months of waiting for my registration, i go to the bmv only to find out new carlisle never sent in the form. Then i was told that they never sent my insurance info to the bank like they insisted was necessary for them to do. Now when i question Brad (the manager) about these things he says that there has been some mistakes made in our communication and that he has been doing this for years so he "know he didn`t make the mistakes"....so apparently my mistake was trusting them in the first place!
