Overcharge and Used Oil

was a former employee of Lube Stop on W117th. Let me tell you they work on a monthly sales goal commission. Half the time when we looked over your car and tell you that there is something wrong, there really isn`t. You do not need to have you differentials flushed out. Nor, do you really have to change your air filter at every oil change. I am a disabled veterean and when I gave my boss DAVE SHIMP my doctor appo... view moreintments he told me to reschedule them. I lost part of my disability do to missed evaluations. He treats his employees like they do not know what they are doing and when we make a mistake he takes it out on everybody. This is not a professional place to work at and thanks to the management, it is not even a moral place to go to get your cars fluid changed. They make it seem like you are getting a deal but in all actuality you can get a better deal else where.

They charge at least $5.00 more for air filters and when they say re-refined oil it means its recycled. They are PUTTING OLD OIL BACK INTO YOUR CAR. Never do Eco Guard. They get the cheapest oil around, they only have Mobil 1 because they have to carry it. Stay away!!!
