Worst mistake ever

My transmission went out in my SUV so I scheduled an appointment to take it in and have it rebuilt. I was told to bring it in in 5 days and then it would take 3-4 days to complete. So I took it in on the scheduled day and it took him 29 days to complete my transmission!! I called 2-3 times a week and always got some excuse as to why it wasn`t done. He promised me it would be "done tomorrow" three additional... view more times during that period. Sense I got the car back the transmission has been running good. But they forgot to tighten the nuts on both tie-rod ends and they both popped out of there sockets each a week apart. The worst mistake I`ve ever made when it comes to cars was to ever take mine there.
