I went to this business and was asking about what was wrong with my car. I was told that I needed spark plugs and wires after they looked at the car. They informed me that it would cost me $135 and so I told them to fix it. When they called me back they had fixed the car and it was ready but they wanted to now charge me $215 for the service because they "forgot" to add the labor. Well I did not want to pay... view more the extra money so instead of working with me on the price they would rather use the extra labor of taking everything off my car and returning it to me! I understand a mistake but I am a customer you would think tney would want to work with before snatching everything out my car and giving it back.
