I go to Westgate Sunoco frequently, whether for oil changes, or for some "funny noise". They never do work that is not needed,I`m called with reasons why,how much & what time it will be done . and all work is well done. I have found them to be honest, reliable, and skilled. Jake and more over Chuck are the biggest ripoff artists in Rocky River. They perform services which they were not authorized to do. They charged me for a chassis lubrication, which is an impressive feat since the chassis on my car is 100% sealed. Not a grease fitting in sight. They use inferior products, and put the wrong oil in my car! Hey smart guys over there, when the manufacturer oil fill cap says use 5w30 they ... view moredont mean 10w40!! Keep your car far away from this place unless you like shade tree mechanic practices!

For a small neighborhood garag...

For a small neighborhood garage these guys have been the best for a long time.I cant afford to go anywhere else,but i have because i cant always get in as they are a small shop and so busy.And trust me i always feel like it was a mistake to go elsewhere.Jake and Chuck are top notch. I moved from the area,but still call for appointments there .It`s my first thought and call.Even if they are too busy ,if it`s an emerg... view moreency they get me out of trouble.
