used lemons for sale - buyer beware

Do NOT buy an as-is used vehicle from this dealership. They sold me basically a totalled vehicle....transmission shot, fuel pump dying, needed new front end, rear brakes gone, intake manifold needed replaced....a total disaster. When I called them two days later after discovering all these issues the response was unbelievable.... After continued complaining about the condition of the product they chose to sell on t... view moreheir business I got the typical rhetoric you expect of the sterotypical car salesmen...they wanted to be fair, they value the customer, they felt horrible but there was nothing they could do, blah blah blah. Finally I got an "offer" to buy the junker back at what I paid, if I "bought up" to a much higher priced vehicle. The offer that they gave me on the upsale vehichle was basically over blue book value by the amount I pad for the original vehicle...some bargain! If you choose to do business with these folks take them for what they are...stereotypical used car salesmen who would do anything for a buck. Do not listen to the song and dance about the high value they put on relationships.....
