I simply called for a price quote for a tune up and the guy I talked to was a smart mouthed jerk! I don`t know a lot about cars other than changing oil and basic stuff, so I asked him a few questions and he was extremely unfriendly and even talked down to me like I was stupid. I have a degree, just not in car maintenance. In my field, when people ask me questions, I answer them without making people feel ignorant and... view more in a polite manner. They lost my business to Auto Medic simply by the way the two companies answered the phone and responded to my questions! Auto Medic has a staff that is much more friendly! Terrible customer service!
