Stay Away from this Advanced Auto

Drove from Bethel to Mt. Orab to pick up a new Hub and Abs sensor for Ford Explorer because Bethel did not have the part in stock. Gave the kid working the counter the Info on the vehicle so he could get the part. Get back to Bethel and pull the original hub from vehicle and then realize the new part is totally incorrect. Bolt spacing is half inch difference and hub diameter is around 1/4"" difference. So now back to... view more return the part. Least today Bethel had the part in but because it had bolts with it it cost an extra $28 so I say to the Manager how bout dropping the extra cost because of the drive to Mt. Orab and the loss of time from being given the wrong part. He says no. He had a chance to right the mess up and decided not to so I would say stay away from Advanced Auto Parts and stick with Smyth Auto. They are much more professional. I would have given no stars if it was possible to Advanced Auto. Horrible Customer Service.
