There is no doubt in my mind that Waterloo is the best place in the Northeast Ohio region to have a transmission replaced or rebuilt. I took a vehicle to them a few years ago and had the transmission rebuilt and have had no major problems with it. Yes it has had a few leaks but thankfully for the 3 year 100,000 mile warranty I bought it has been covered with no hassle. I want to stress the "no hassle" I`... view moreve had no issues what so ever taking it to them and saying "hey there is a small leak". Waterloo also a few years ago fixed an issue that was causing the engine to jerk at high speeds it was one corroded wire, took some time to find it but there wasn`t another company that was able to find / fix the issue. Ask for Andy, the man knows what he`s talking about and just a great person to deal with.
