My first experience with the Ganley Toyota Mercedes-Benz in Akron left a lot to be desired. I purchased a used vehicle on Saturday, and on Monday when I called about picking up my car, my calls went unanswered, I was lied to, then yelled at by my saleslady, and hung up on.
