BEWARE! I once trusted this establishment and felt that they were honest mechanics. After referring business to them, I have had several people whom I referred return with disturbing stories. On one occasion, a friend was charged for a substantial repair that had NEVER been completed. An insurance adjuster found this and subsequently denied the claim, leaving the bill for my friend. Whatever integrity that I felt that Twin Imports once had has gone the way of dishonesty and impolite stubbornness. Beware of this shop!

trust in the twins!

Matt & Mark have been in business for at least 17 years, I know it has been longer, however, that is the amount of time they have come to my rescue. They primarily work on the imports. They are really close to the university of cincinnati and they are extremely fair and honest to anyone they encounter. Trust in the twins! Mike
