I was so impressed with these guys! I made an appointment to have a block heater put into my 1999 Chev. Blazer. When I arrived that morning they told me that it would take a while as they were very busy that day but I told them that I didn`t mind, just needed it by the end of the day. I got a call about 2 hours later from them saying that my truck already had a block heater in it. The cord had fallen down between the... view more chassis and something else (I don`t speak car, I work in the medical field). He said that he topped off my fluids and that it was ready anytime. They could have charged me for one and I would have never known the difference. I really appreciate their honesty.
