I came in at 9 am and schedule...

I came in at 9 am and scheduled an appointment for 12pm. They had to install mufflers on my Audi a6. I was told it was only ganna take 3 to 3.5 hours. I called in at 10 till 4pm and the didn`t even start working on it. A have to leave for work at 5. So I`m just going to pick up my car and leave this review.
