Shade Tree Mechanics at Best!!

Wanted ball joints, tie rods/ends, tracking bar, front and rear brakes done. Dave stated I only "needed" the tracking bar and front brakes. I trusted him. Regarding my rear brakes he claimed his father pulled the rear tires and upon inspection, I had over 50 percent life left on both shoes and pads. Had to take truck to a different shop after only 87 miles for calipers locking up. I had rotors that were gro... view moreoved and felt like bottle caps, no pads whatsoever, and calipers that were seized!! If you want honesty and integrity, go elsewhere!!! Seriously, he went for the high mark up and least labor intensive repairs. A typical hack mechanic. Got straightened out by Conoco`s T-Rex in Dickinson, ND.
