Worst Service ever, i went the...

Worst Service ever, i went there with my 2005 pontiac grand prix, all i wanted was an oil change and the transmission fluid "checked", they not only just went ahead and changed the transmission fluid, but spilled it all over my engine bay, you could see the steam from the waiting room. I spent over 45 mins waiting for my car to be done, then when I got the bill they charged me for 4 UNITS of fluid, the stuf... view moref they spilt, and wouldn`t allow me to leave until I paid the ENTIRE bill. I am in college, and hate being treated like a 4-yr. old. I ended up filling a complaint with their corporate office, againt the whole im a kid attitude was present, and offered me a free oil change. By far the WORST service in grand forks, be ready to be jipped.
