Reviews:

Poor service and bad management
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. GM lacks the ability to do anything positive to help. SM seems busy. Didn`t do anything to help me with my situation. Doesn`t appear to be any knowledable staff. Staff will contradict each other all the time. While i was there they broke something on my vehicle 3 times. Each time Created just another trip to the service dept. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst Service Department
I called and made an appt for my F-250 diesel b/c the speedometer was randomly not working. I had to wait a week before they could schedule me in. Then they kept my truck for a week, only to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the speedometer. A month later, the speedometer quit working again. This time, I drove straight to the dealership, so they could witness the problem. I waited for 15 minutes before t... view morehey told me it would be a week before anyone could look at it. I explained that it would probably be working again at that point and asked if a mechanic could at least look at it then, just to confirm it was really malfunctioning. The service manager told me he did not have anyone availabe to even look at the speedometer. I voiced my concern that it might be working again by the time they could schedule me in, and he said ""Oh well, then we will just have to keep trying.""
I didn`t feel safe driving a vehicle w/o a functioning speedometer (plus I wanted to get it fixed while still under warranty), so I called the Griffin Ford Dealership in Louisburg, NC. They were able to look at my truck immediately, find the problem and had it fixed 2 hours later. I would strongly recommend Griffin Ford (excellent, prompt service).
Crossroads Ford does have a nice service area--free wi-fi, the ability to drive through a covered area without parking, coffee, etc...but only if you can afford to wait 2-3 weeks for a mechanic to see your vehicle.

Do Not Go To Service Department
I took my F-350 diesel in because of a miss in the motor. I was told it was a 1,500.00 fuel injector module. After replacing, I recieve a call saying now it seems the #8 injector is bad. I pick up the truck and it still runs bad so I take it back. I am charged another 100.00 to diagnose. Low and behold now it`s the #1 fuel injector. Another 630.00. I get the truck back running bad and now raw diesel fuel fumes a... view morere coming out of the vents. This makes it ill to drive without the window down. So I return again. Later after a call from my service man Matt, I am told all clean and fixed. When I arrive I noticed the window is down in the parking lot. All I had to do is turn the key on, turn fan on and it was like I was sitting in my fuel tank. So again I make Matt sit in the drivers seat. He says ""This is really bad"". ""let me fix this for you"" Isaid ""What, are you Kidding? ""You are not to touch my truck ever again"" Maybe in a few months the fumes will lessen a bit. After replacing my entire front end, at Capitol Ford, three months later I was told I needed my entire front end replaced because it was bad. Caught in a big lie the ownr asked me if they were in trouble. I won`t go back there either. Neither offered any compensation for my loss of business due to not having my truck back when promised.

Uh oh. Here we go w/Crossroads Ford Wake Forest Used Freestyle Issues
Bought a used 2007 Ford Freestyle just over a month ago and bought the extended 3yr/36k mile warranty for protection against drive train and other issues. Scheduled the Freestyle to be serviced within 1 mo. of purchase but they were busy. So, ended up scheduling a week or so later because of poor gas mileage (like 19 on the highway) and a knocking/whining noise from the front end when the wheels are turned. Wife w... view moreent today and said they came back with $700 to repair strut bearings and a few other things. This is a very well known problem as well but they conveniently forgot to inspect this when they sold us the car. Will not be going back to this dealership or recommending anyone to them. The service dept. people seem nice and helpful but the sales dept. are rude and make you feel like dirt if your credit is less than stellar. I would avoid and choose another Ford dealer if they don`t have bad reviews online. Hopefully our problems will be resolved. Glad I bought an extended warranty that will likely not cover an issue with the steering issues just a month after driving off the lot.

Underhanded Sales Practices/Lemon Cars
I purchased a used car from this dealership. They promised me they would service the car within 30 days of purchase because of some concerns I had with the car that they witnessed at the time I test drove the car. I was put off several times by the sales agent and shifted from manager to manager. until it had passed the time I could get the car repaired by the company.I was promised I could re-trade the car , but ... view morethen told I couldn`t>I got stuck paying for a car that had bad transmission problems that this company knowingly sold me without any intentions of paying for the repairs that theythey originally promised. I took this dealership to be a Christian Dealership that deals on honest level. They treated me like dirt almost down right out discriminatory. They would not return phone calls or answer my complaints or concerns for two months. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone , especially if your credit is not perfect as they will treat you like dirt and possibly sell you a real lemon for a car. I advise you to get all promises in writing or you may end up paying for a lemon like I did.
