Destroyed a news suv twice. Pointed out their mistakes and was treated like a nit picker. I was bribbed by the manager to cut my deductable in half if I would accecpt the vehicle. Finally gave up and contacted my insurance company to refer me elsewhere. This place needs to be dropped by the insurance companies as soon as possible.

Great customer service

I was apprehensive about having my 2007 Accord body damage repaired, as it just had 3500 miles on it. I asked around several area dealerships and my insurance agent and was referred to B&R Bodyshop. I got to B&R and was promptly greeted by Justin. He wrote my estimate and helped me out on the price since someone dinged me in the parking lot and I was paying for it. He scheduled me in the following week and gave m... view moree a ride back home, and also picked me up when it was done(on time). When I came to pick up my car, it was sitting out front cleaned up and ready to go. I payed for my repairs and Justin and the manager went outside with me and explained all of my repairs in detail and gave me my warranty. The paint looked great, the service was excellent and they went above and beyond to assure my happiness. I would definitely recommend these guys for any repairs.
